Use the drop down status box to select ‘Booking Cancelled’. Changing this status will trigger an automated email notification.

How are buyer business rules implemented?

Business rules are set by your organisation and built into Trading Bridge at the buyer level. They are automatically applied to every campaign (both manual and automated) from that buyer. To change these business rules, please contact the LDSK support team.
