You cannot amend the price of an individual location in Trading Bridge. You can, however, amend the total campaign price for a booking using the negotiated price feature.
It is possible to cancel both automated and manual campaigns using the ‘Campaign Planner’. Log in, then navigate to – or search for – the campaign you would like to cancel in the ‘Campaign Planner’. Use the drop down status box to select ‘Booking Cancelled’. Changing this status will trigger an automated email notification.
Business rules are set by your organisation and built into Trading Bridge at the buyer level. They are automatically applied to every campaign (both manual and automated) from that buyer. To change these business rules, please contact the LDSK support team.
