Does the system automatically check artwork specifications?

When a client uploads artwork to their campaign, the system will automatically check image files (not video) against some specifications including file type, ratio and DPI. NB: This is not a standard feature so please check with your system administrator as to whether this has been configured for your organisation.

Where do I find the Printer Dashboard?

The Printer Dashboard is only available to printers and can be found in the account drop-down menu in the top right. A campaign will appear on your Printer Dashboard as soon as artwork has been approved, finance authorised and the client’s booking request has been confirmed.
